The following are the holding amounts for each individual unit:

1 Bedroom apartment: $150 deposit, $99 Non-Refundable Admin Fee
2 Bedroom apartment: $250 deposit, $199 Non-Refundable Admin Fee
3 Bedroom apartment: $350 deposit, $299 Non-Refundable Admin Fee

The individual application fee for persons over 18 years of age is $55.00. If applying with a roommate(s) a separate application and a $55.00 application fee is required. Joint applicants may complete one application provided all information given concerns both applicants. The fee for a joint application is $85.00. A seperate application fee of $55.00 per person still applies for roommates. By filling out this application, the fees charged are non-refundable. Before an application will be processed, application fees as well as holding fees must be paid in advance.
If the applicant is approved, you and any co-applicants may not withdraw your application or application deposit. We will be entitled to retain all application deposits as liquidated damages, and the parties will then have no further obligation to each other.
If the applicant chooses to move in, the apartment holding fee as stated above will be applied towards a damage deposit, which will be returned (less lawful deductions) at the end of your lease term.
At the time of lease signing a $150 pet deposit, $150 non-refundable Admin fee is due for each pet, up to two (2) pets (weight limit is 35 lbs max.). This $150 ($300 for two pets) pet deposit will be returned (less lawful deductions) at the end of your lease term.
