Earlier this month we introduced you to some of our favorite trails to bike with our friends and family.  There were so many good ideas from our team at our apartments for rent in Austin<\/a> that we are continuing our list to get you out and about in the great outdoors!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9th Street BMX Park<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Welcome to the ultimate playground for thrill-seekers! Nestled in Duncan Park, the 9th Street BMX Park is a vibrant, hand-crafted BMX wonderland that has been sculpted by passionate volunteers for over 25 years. With jumps big and small, this park caters to riders of all ages and skill levels. It also features a delightful pump track that’s a favorite among little ones, making it the perfect spot for families. If you’re wrangling a crew of riders with varying skills, this park lets you all ride in harmony without the chaos. And once you’re ready for more, hop onto the Shoal Creek Trail, where you can take a scenic ride to the artful Austin Central Public Library or cross over to explore the Hike-and-Bike Trail along Lady Bird Lake. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Southwest Greenway<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

 As you glide north to south on this well-maintained crushed granite trail, prepare to be enchanted by wildflowers and beautiful, restored Texas blackland prairie. Spot the striking “Pollen Grain” sculpture as you ride, and don’t forget to venture into the maze for some playful challenges surrounded by hefty rocks, perfect for enhancing your biking skills! Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n
