You can set-up your electricity via our connect utitlities on-line with the City of Austin; 60-days after you move-in, you will receive a water allocation invoice from YES Energy.

We do pay a referal bonus, please check with our leasing office on current rates

85% of your monthly rent and you are responsible to pay rent until the apartment is leased; you may pay an early termination fee, page 1 of your signed lease agreement, section " J".

Once the previous resident is moved out, maintenance will make ready the apartment, including a final walk through with our maintenance and office team

After hours, you are required to call a local locksmith at your expense

You may decorate the inside of your apartment, any special paint needs to be approved by management prior to painting; there might be a charge upon move out for repainting; you may not remove window coverings, or place tinfoil inside.
